Electrode connection technology, in principle, large specifications of electrodes must require under the furnace connection, must be strict requirements or on-site guide users on electrode storage and storage and electrode connection. When connecting, avoid collision resulting in thread fragments and must keep the upper electrode always vertical state; When it is uniformly screwed to 8~10MM, it is locked with inertia, and then it is screwed to the point where the pre-tightening torque is applied with the long arm wrench until it cannot be screwed. The slotted electrode cannot be put on the furnace; If the phase sequence problem and the connection is good, it is best not to play fixed dowel. Avoid breaking and shedding losses.

 

In addition, in order to avoid and reduce the direct loss of electrodes, when the flame is high, the top section should be timely connected to the high electrode, to prevent the damage of the wire buckle; When sliding electrode must have soft connection, avoid hard collision; The controller and the electrode must be kept vertical to prevent scratching the electrode with the small furnace cover; Avoid oxygen gun directly to the lower electrode in the furnace.
